We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is usually faster, while remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required — what you see is what you pay.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your package in real time through our courier partner's website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak season volumes. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across India. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
